Why we started ONDU
We didn't start ONDU because we wanted to build a brand. We started it because we were pissed off.
Every activewear brand marketed to women, the ones you see on Instagram, the ones celebrities wear, the ones lining the shelves, is made from plastic. Polyester. Nylon. Polyamide. Fancy marketing names for petroleum byproducts pressed against your skin while you sweat.
Your skin is your largest organ. It absorbs what you put on it. During a workout, your pores are open, your temperature is up, and your skin is working overtime. And it's wrapped in plastic coated with chemicals you can't pronounce.
We said enough.
ONDU is UNDO, rearranged. We took the word apart and rebuilt it, exactly like we're doing to the activewear industry. The old way is done.
